Saray Muhallebicisi chose Microsoft Dynamics AX solution with the consultancy of Pargesoft in order to achieve standardization in financial processes and reach excellence in operational management. Carrying out activities in retail and hospitality services, Saray Muhallebicisi did not yield the expected efficiency from the local solutions in terms of an operationally central and integrated ERP system. Because of the lack of a central structure, data was managed by different departments with different applications. Lack of standardization made auditability in financial works difficult.
