Credit and Leasing Solution developed by Pargesoft follows the credit and leasing solutions drawn up by the companies. Credit and Leasing Module has a wide range of functionalities to define many criteria such as payment plants, payment periods, principal and interest payment frequencies.
Additional charges such as BSMV, KKDG, which are incurred as a result of local legal regulations in credit and leasing transactions are also defined in the system parametrically. Accruals in accordance with the determined plans, payment records and realizations can be instantly tracked by the central system in an integrated manner with the finance process.
Contract, installation and maintenance under the same roof
In line with the contract, when the device/tool is delivered to the customer and with the first installation, a service cycle starts. Service needs become recurring procedures in operational leasing.
In operational leasing, capitalization becomes crucial if the leased asset is finance with credit for a long term. In this framework, financing costs of the used credit, exchange rate different and interest expenses are reflected to the assets financed with the relevant credit. For instance, when a vehicle is financed with a syndication loan, apart from the cost of goods invoices, it becomes necessary to capitalize the foreign exchange difference and interest of this loan on the relevant instruments. As the number of instruments, devices or machines subject to credit and capitalization increases, performing this transaction manually becomes a time-consuming and inefficient method that uses human resources and is prone to errors.
Pargesoft Credit and Leasing solution, allows managing all these transactions in an integrated manner with fixed asset module, credit module, finance % accounting module. If leased asset is financed with leasing, leasing expenses are associated with the cost of leased instrument, product or machine on Pargesoft solution. This allows assigning the financial cost correctly and accurately, and managing the costs effectively.
