Dalsan Alçı Brought Its Business Processes Under a Single Roof with the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales Project

Dalsan chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales to manage its sales, marketing, purchasing, inventory, and production management processes, and to build an integrated structure with nearly 500 dealers across the country. Having launched the project with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Gold Partner Pargesoft, Dalsan aimed to report and monitor the entire project under a common framework using Power BI.

The sales department’s business development activities, project management, site visits, and new project acquisition activities were actively built on the Dynamics 365 Sales application, establishing an integrated system within the company.

With the flexible and manageable business model provided by the Dynamics 365 BC and Sales modules, Dalsan has developed a more effective working process with its dealers.

With the Power BI integration, the project aims to achieve:

• Analysis of business performance with detailed dimensions and metrics
• Decision-making in establishing a scalable Management Information System and software technology infrastructure aligned with strategic business goals and growth plans
• Automation of manually performed operations that are critical in terms of efficiency and risk, by entering them directly into the Dynamics 365 BC system
