Azerlotereya is strengthening its operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and PowerApps, implemented under Pargesoft’s consultancy.

Azerlotereya, Azerbaijan’s national lottery organization, joined Demirören Holding approximately 10 months ago. Under the agreement, Demirören Holding — one of the world’s largest companies in the games of chance sector — will operate Azerlotereya’s activities for 10 years. As part of this transition, the goal was to increase the efficiency of Azerlotereya’s sales teams and accelerate its digital transformation processes. Pargesoft’s expertise was chosen to deliver the innovative solutions needed to achieve this. Pargesoft completed the project, which implemented the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and PowerApps platforms, in mid-August.

Benefits Achieved Through the Project

Within the scope of the project, which Pargesoft’s teams launched live shortly after completing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), the management of Azerlotereya’s dealers and field teams, along with the tracking of related processes, became possible through the CRM. Thanks to the mobile capabilities provided by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, field staff can carry out transactions and processes more easily. With call center integration, Azerlotereya’s dealers can now track complaints and requests more efficiently. The Dealer Portal developed by Pargesoft enables dealers to track their own processes online. In addition, SAP S/4HANA integration has automated the end-to-end management of processes, significantly boosting efficiency as a result.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and PowerApps

PowerApps, a suite of software services and applications brought together by Microsoft to help companies shift gears in their digital transformation journey, offers the ability to build and share industry-specific applications extremely quickly. PowerApps can easily connect to the cloud services and data sources companies already use in their existing infrastructure. It provides the advantage of quickly building unique applications that meet every need, without requiring additional software skills. The applications designed can be instantly shared with employees via web, tablet, and smartphone.
