Based in Polat Office Kâğıthane, Polat Holding is using Pargesoft’s Cloud-HR solution to carry its human resources processes within a new corporate structure, and manage these processes effectively.

At Polat Holding, which manages work processes of Human Resources Department such as leave requests, cost, expense and advance payment entries completely through Cloud-HR, work loads of document management and documentation are eliminated, all work processes are monitored and controlled accurately and effectively on digital media thanks to the Cloud-HR solution used.

Cross approval hierarchies, which are needed at Polat Holding particularly for leave and cost management processes, have been designed and implemented by Pargesoft experts. Cloud-HR has allowed Polat Holding to manage its HR processes more easily, more efficiently and without document load since July 2009.
