Last week, hosted by Microsoft, we held our AI event with record attendance. Our General Manager, Kaan Altunterim, and Microsoft Business Development Manager Ali Oktay Ortakaya delivered the opening session together.

In his presentation, Mr. Ortakaya summarized major technological breakthroughs throughout history. He noted that, just like the printing press era, artificial intelligence today is a “general-purpose technology” and represents a true revolution.

He emphasized that 50,000+ organizations are actively using AI solutions, and that AI has moved beyond early adopters and into the mainstream.

Phase 1 – Human with Assistant

Every employee has an AI assistant by their side that accelerates work.

Phase 2 – Human–Agent Teams

Agents become part of teams.

Humans provide direction, and agents carry out specific tasks.

Phase 3 – Human-led, Agent-operated

Humans set the direction only. Agents run end-to-end processes. Companies make major business processes autonomous.

Next, Dr. Funda Öncü, Senior Customer Success Solution Manager for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, took the stage and summarized Dynamics’ out-of-the-box agents and roadmap.

She stated that Microsoft’s AI-powered business applications will transform companies end-to-end. With the combination of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Platform, organizations are moving sales, finance, customer service, and operations processes to an AI-first architecture. Microsoft aims to accelerate enterprises’ digital transformation both with ready-to-use AI agents and with customization tools such as Copilot Studio.

Afterwards, our Lead Solution Architect, Volkan Acar, spoke under the headline of agentic AI. Bringing up the KITT dashboard from the classic TV series Knight Rider—a childhood hero for many of us—Mr. Acar noted that what once felt like a 50-year-old dream is now becoming reality: we can execute tasks by talking to AI with near-zero error.

He also shared important cautions, emphasizing that it is critical to understand the different layers of AI usage and to be vigilant against hallucinations. He explained that even an agent that answers correctly 1,000 times can hallucinate on the 1,001st query and produce an incorrect response if the necessary layers and controls are not properly designed.

In our final session, moderated by our founder, Mr. Kaan Altunterim, Mr. Mustafa Dinçer—speaking from his perspective as an entrepreneur—and Mr. Mustafa Oral—speaking from his professional perspective—shared their views and plans around AI.

“First data, then process, then AI… With incorrect data, you won’t get correct AI…”

“I’m a leader, but I don’t have to know the single best answer all the time. My top priority is for my employees to understand and embrace my vision. We can always get external services, but what matters is absorbing that service and turning it into part of the company culture…”

Mr. Mustafa Oral shared his perspective on AI through a professional lens:

“We didn’t establish a separate AI unit and open specialized roles for it. We transformed our existing team. Every one of our employees is a Chief AI Officer to me.”

“The only expectation we have from senior management or the business owner is that they stand behind us. We’re working with the hope of creating a new breakthrough in a new field. At times, we may spin our wheels, fail to get the results we expect, or miss planned timelines. However, full support for AI projects is essential right now—so that all of us can develop ourselves and do better work…”
